Just Answer are Just a bunch of ******

I googled how to deal with a problem on my washing machine and inadvertently got sucked into Just Answer. The Chat Bot told me I needed to pay R15 (fully refundable)to be put in touch with a technician which I did. While I was registering my wife told me that the washing machine had come right so I never spoke to the technician. I then saw that Just Answer had deducted R485 off my account. I tried several times to complain and get a refund but the Chat Bot just says 'this is a paid service'.
