Just Answer Additional Deduction

On 23 June I spoke online to a Just Answer agent. They told me that I had to pay R 15 for the chat. I completed the detail. On 25 June an amount of R 15 and R 482 was deducted from my account. This morning I contacted Just Answer again requesting the refund of R 482. I was told there is a subscription of R 600 odd etc. I was asked to pay another supposed R 15. Needless to say I refused. I never authorised the R 482 deduction and wt thane money refunded
