Just Answer ****

I wanted to get info on an Integra AV receiver that had a sound problem.Initially a fee of R15 was charged which I agreed to.I was contacted via e-mail and sms by a technician who could not help at all and I told him several times that he was not answering and addressing the problem and ignored further communication after I specifically told them that the wrong analysis was made by them.I now notice that a further R1414 is being deducted from my credit card which was not mentioned and I did not agree to!!! This is a ******* and ****!!!!
