Just Answer

Misinformation regarding first signing up. Just Answer says that they charge you R15, but once you sign up they immediately deduct R599. Once you request refund, they claim that you gave permission for that when you joined got the R15, but they will not deduct any other charges. The next month they still deduct R599, claiming that you only cancelled membership the previous day!
