Just Answer ****

This is a ****! They ask you to pay a joining fee of R15 "while she puts you through to a technician who will help you". As soon as a joined, I got a SMS indicating that R365 went of my card. Immediately after that the R15 went off. When I queried this they said it is stated that the R15 is a joining fee and that the R365 is a monthly subscription fee!!!! I phoned the bank's ***** line and immediately cancelled my credit card (today, less than 48 hours my new bank card was delivered at my house). I also managed to cancel my subscription with Just Answer but will probably never see my R365 again.

The technician did immediately start to chat me and prompted me for a call, which this time was indicated as a paid service. I turn down the offer and stopped the chat immediately - fearing that they will take more of my money. The technician never asked me what was wrong but immediately started to give advice, based on the cryptic info I provided to the person who initiated the chat.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!
