This company is operating *******ly.

I signed up expecting a R15 charge as displayed on the offer. What I got was a R750+ charge on my card. I immediately cancelled and requested a refund.

I was informed that none of the amount, the signup fee or subscription, was refundable. Once I presented them with a screenshot of the offer clearly saying fully refundable they refunded me the R15 but kept denying a refund for the subscription and then stopped answering my emails altogether.

The ******* part: According to South African law customers must be presented with a confirmation of the full transaction (what is being purchased and for how much) BEFORE paying. This didn't happen. I presented this to Just Answer and in minutes had a refund. They are knowingly operating *******ly.
