HUGE STAY AWAY - DISHONEST, MISLEADING

Their website is very confusing/misleading. I wanted a legal question answered and opted for the one-of-payment option - paying for the one question/answer. Next thing JustAnswer starts to deduct a monthly subscription fee - which I did not sign up for! Their so-called customer service is non-existent. The live chat is not live - just pre-programmed generic answers which end with an 0800 number they provide that does not exist. The only option is email and they refuse a refund. Had to cancel my bank card to get the amount reversed at my bank - the latter being very helpful.
