Hidden subscription charge. Just Answer.com

I am really upset with this company. We asked a question and were advised that a R15 refundable fee was required. I paid this but the an additional debt of R599 was taken from my account. They refuse to refund the money as we agreed to the subscription. I advise everyone to be aware of this *****ulent transaction and company The VP of customer care Jeff Cavellini sent a snotty reply to my refund request.
