November 25, 2019 I logged on to Just answer as i needed assistance with a matter. They asked for my card details for a R59 payment required for a trial period which I agreed to. To my surprise they deducted R1.40 five times and on December 22,2019 they deducted R599 without my CONSENT. I tried contacting them but my attempts were futile. This is a ********** act.
