Wow. Man oh man. I was so desperate for help. I wish I had looked here 1st. I was told it will be R15 and then they deducted R15 and R651. I am so upset. Disappointed is not even close. They operate *****ulently. I am also shocked that my bank did not verify the transaction 1st as they normally do. There MUST be a way to stop them from operating and ****ming more people. And then to crown it all - you get NOTHING for all this. The technician simply stopped talking and I am still stuck with my problem.
