Do not use JUST ANSWER 'experts'
They charge you for a 7 day 'free trail'. Then when you have already paid for your 'free trail', a week later they deduct your account for a monthly membership with the pathetic excuse of 'not wanting to interrupt your service'.
Meanwhile both 'experts' consulted provided no solutions what so ever! Absolutely useless service.
DO NOT USE THIS 'SERVICE'!
