Deceptive and misleading
They are Deceptive and misleading and as far as I am concerned *****ulent. They say that you need to pay R15 to have your question answered. You get redirected to a secure payment page. I had R781 deducted from my account which I was under the impression was for a once off payment for a whole month. They not only saved my bank card information but deducted a second month R781.00 and then claim that it's a subscription which I did not agree to, oh... and I'm welcome to cancel it. I did not agree to any subscription. This site is deceptive and misleading. and clearly with all the complaints I am not the only one that has been caught in their ****. I insist that my money be paid back to me in full.

09 May 2024, 07:44I have made numerous enquiries and you normally just get their AI standard answer. I eventually found and email jeff@..... rest of just answer email address and sent an email complaining about the double charge. I was almost immediately refunded my money. So sent all your queries to the jeff address and you will get the necessary response needed.
