BIGGEST **** STAY AWAY!!!!!!

I was vulnerable and worried for my cats safety after a head injury. I Inquired on the website to ask a vets opinion. Before being charged I asked how much it costs. They told me it's R15. To speak with the vet. Not mentioning the R400 subscription that will also be charged. They took every bit of saving I had. I also had to cancel my bank account.

Now they refuse to refund me as they have a non refundable policy or whatever.
