Beware;: *****ulent Transactions by Just Answer

I recently found out that Just Answer has been *****ulently deducting funds from my bank account ostensibly because I have an account with them. When I point out the ***** to JA and ask for proof of account, they sent me a short email enquiry that was supposed to have been made from my google account. So I asked, if I have a problem with my email account, why would I not go my service provide and go a 3rd party paid service? And how did you get my bank details in the first place.
