BEWARE!!! Totally misleading service

BEWARE!!! Totally misleading service. I thought I was paying R15 for a quick one time answer (the answer was quick but I got the same from a Google search)... but unbeknown to me I was signing up as a member and being charged R781 per month!!! I missed the first deduction from my card. Yesterday I saw another deduction and immediately contacted them. I doubt they'll refund as the Customer Service is giving me a AI response. So I paid R1577 for a google std. answer.
