But, here’s the catch. JustAnswer hides the following terms on the checkout page.

They send you to a secure page. Your credit card will show an amount of R780. They will automatically deduct the membership fees each month from your account unless you cancel your subscription.

I was diagnosed with a Life Threatening Auto-immune disease. Lupus attacked many organs, now my central nervous system. My question was to help me with a device as my eyesight is affected. Irrelevant questions were asked about my health.

They directed me to a medical doctor. In my opinion medical advise could end tragic.

I received no answer with the device, wasted time to end subscription. DO NOT SUPPRT JUSTANSWER! They do not care about their customers.
