Beware of deductions you never agreed to

Just answer just withdrew R599 from my account without my permission.

They claim they do this after a 7 days trial but they also claim that they let you know when.the trial ends but for some reason.that did not happen.

My trial had not ended but somehow, without permission money has been taken from.my account without my agreement. This to me is unacceptable and unprofessional, I want my money back and they are saying I should just enjoy one more month at no extra costs.
