Beware non-trasparent billing if you sign up. There is more than what you are expecting to be charged

Just Aswer is not transparent and lead me down a path which I unknowingly followed. And then, down the lie I found I had been bied R599 for an account I never knew I had. When I cancelled it, I did so 30 minutes after they charged me. During that time I was trying to cancel my account. They won't refund me as I cancelled after they had debited the amount, and according to their terms ad conditions it states that no refund will be given. This company needs to be financially investigated as they capture clients under false pretenses being unaware of their strategy, being billed for a month, and then batting to cancel. Their experts may be real, but are probably unaware of their capture strategy,
