Be very careful when getting help from JustAnswer

I wanted to know whether my account had a minimum balance and JustAnswer told me to give them my credit card details to debit my account with R65 which is refundable. Unbeknownst to me, the company debited my current account using the debit card details I provided for a monthly fee of R850. Nowhere was I advised that I could only get assistance after paying the monthly fee and then R65 per question. But also that they only answer your question after they have signed you up for the monthly R850 fee. They say this amount information is available on their website. I did not see this amount. I want to be refunded my R850. There is NO WAY that I would have used their services had I known it was going to cost me R850 per month. Also when they ask for your credit card details the amount they are going to debit you with is nowhere to be seen on the screen. This is daylight ******* !! I will NEVER use their services again !!
