Poor service

I ordered sneakers on the 17th of August and today is the 13th of September only 4 days left to complete a month without even hearing from them, I haven’t even received a tracking number meaning that they haven’t shipped my items. It’s understandable when it’s the shipping that takes long but I’m so disappointed on how they do business and i regret buying from them i even want my money back. I ordered lot of things after ordering from them and I recieved those orders within 2 weeks.
