Payment for No Sneakers received

My son purchases a pair of Air Jordan 1 on the 22/11/2020 which cost him R2,699.00 and to date he still has not received them!!! All he received was a response to say they getting his order ready and will notify him when they have been sent - we are almost 2 months later and still no further feedback nor has he received them. This is a lot of money to pay and this is absolute ******* and theft!!! He has sent them numerous emails with NO responses!!!
