just 4 kicks ****

Hi Guys, just to reiterate what the other customers experienced , i ordered a pair of sneakers from just 4 kicks in May 2020 , they billed the package incorrectly and Customs had to audit my order. DHL was handling my package and how they got to know that the billing is incorrect i have no idea. DHL expressed that my invoice amount was too less for what was ordered but how did they know what my order was... after addressing this matter with Just 4 Kicks they advised that they will rectify it and send me another pair of shoes with an additional pair as compensation for the inconvenience caused, to date i have not received anything back and the person at sales.just4kicks does not respond. please guys do yourself a favour and do not order from just 4 kicks, i have to now find a way to get my money back as the person who runs the site and takes the orders has become unresponsive. they are situated in Saudi Arabia so hopefully they will cut his ***** off once we get him charged.
