POOR Service

Bought a Jurgens trailer LT 675 November 2016 at Lynnwood Trailers & Campworld in Pretoria. Paid R 24 600-00 with all the extras. Noticed the one sticker on the left of the nose was lighter in colour than the sticker on the right side. Did report this to the sales person (Henk) and he promised to replace both stickers for us in January 2017. I went to the dealership 6 times since January 2017 and still no word from Henk. Left both me and my wife's contact details with him and he never phoned any of us back. It is now more than a year later and we are still waiting for Henk. He promised to phone us back every time and we are still waiting.....??? Can someone at Jurgens please assist with this. I can't find any contact details for Jurgens CI customer complaints on the internet. Very poor service from this sales person and someone need to take action against him.
