Non-delivery. Undertaking not honoured.
We signed an offer to purchase a Sprite Swing + rally awning / patio and sidewall set on 9 April 2015 with promised delivery at beginning of May.<br> <br> We took delivery of the van on 28 May, signed the documentation (that is another story!), taking on the full debt. However, the rally awning/patio was not supp****, and will only be supp**** (evidently) within the next week or so. At this point we therefore do cannot use the caravan as we would like to as we have no need for the full tent.<br> <br> Furthermore, with regard to paperwork, I had a brilliant experience engaging with Wesbank online and via email, and all was settled and sorted electronically. HOWEVER when I went to Leisureland I was presented with untidily photostatted copies of redundant finance application forms which I was instructed to sign ('for the bank') regardless of the fact that the process had been completed and I had signed the iContract - done and dusted!<br> <br> All in all, instead of being a happy, celebratory occasion it was unpleasant, pedantic and felt as though I was stepping back a couple of decades in respect of the paperwork that was presented to me - unnecessarily!<br> <br> I would like a reply from Jurgens please.<br> <br> <br> <br>

We have been in contact with the dealer.
Patio awning - This was ordered by the dealer on the 19th of May. Jurgens Ci does not always have stock of every canvas item due to the extent of the range. The patio was put onto the production schedule to be manufactured. Our current lead time is around 6 weeks from order date to delivery. The patio should be with the Dealer by early next week at the latest.
Paperwork - I unfortunately can not comment on the quality of the documents as I have not seen them and they are confidential documents. The dealer has however confirmed that these were FAIS waiver documents that Wesbank required and that they were printed and given to you for signature.
Although his does not resolve your frustration I trust that this answers your questions.
