Jurgens After Sales Service is Shocking!!!

I bought a new Jurgens XT140 in Jan 2015. In May 2015 i started enquiring to get some additional accessories. All of the sudden the accessories almost doubled in price and it took me a good couple of weeks to find a reasonable sales agent. It is now more that 2 months later and I have yet to receive word on when I will receive the extension box i ordered. <br> <br> Mpho never phones back and on the odd occasion i did get hold of him he promises the world which never realises! The last week he has stopped taking my calls all together!!<br> <br> Do not buy Jurgens products.. They seem to have a good product, until you drive off the lot
