GYPSEY TRAVEL BLANKET

I purchase a travel blanket for my Gypsey caravan in November 2013 at Tygerberg Caravans in Brackenfell, I only put this on my caravan when I go on vacation at the end of the year for 3 weeks when I arrive at my holiday destination at the end of last year I noticed the top part of the blanket are full of cracks. On closer inspection I notice that the top part are faded more that the rest of the blanket and also the cracks are only appearing on that part the rest of the blanket is perfect.<br> When I arrive back in January I took the blanket back to Tygerberg Caravans they approach the factory and the Director Mr Fraser point blank refuse to accommodate any repairs or replacement as the product was out of guarantee, however one of his staff members admitted that they had numerous problems with this material that they use on this part of the travel blankets. <br> My point is if the whole blanket crack and fade I can accept that there could have been a possibility of misuse on my side however in this case it point to a material defect and the supplier is not interested.
