My caravette4 's undercarriage was serviced by benoni caravans. After only 2 outings on even roads from KemptonPark to Buffelskloof and the Kruger NP one bolt holding the damper shock was lost. The only reason for this must been that the bolt was not thightened during the sevice. Previously this did never happened. Roads and driving can't be responsible. The salesman did listen to my explanation. He was aggresive and arrogant. He said the bolt must have broken. If this was true then part of the bolt must still be in the undercarriage of the caravan. The sevice of the salesman was disgusting and a disgrace to Campworld and Jurgens CI. I am advising all caravaners to stay away from Benoni Caravans.
