6 WEEKS AND STILL NO DELIVERY OF TIMBER FOR CARAVA

On Feb 12 I ordered timber boards to build cupboards for caravan inside. I am a private individual and not a agent of campworld. Paid a deposit to Discovery caravan and outdoor . Was informed that the wood will be delivered in 2 weeks.. I have personally spoken to every section manager and ceo at ga rankuwa and have been told the timber is just about ready. 6 weeks still no timber -caravan half completed - have had to cancel easter weekend trip away. The service and responce from jurgens ci is just disgusting, they dont give a dam. All you get as an answer is sorry hes sick, sorry hes away, sorry hes not available, sorry I dont know anything, will get back to you, which some dont. This is a typical attitude of a S.African firm that has a monopoly in the industry-- dont give a dam. I am sorry to be an owner of a Jurgens Caravan, especially hearing how many people and businesses are being taken for a bad deal. Over the past weeks I have looked for timber at various suppliers only to be told that Jurgens are the only suppliers and that they are going to give you the run around.
