5 Months still no stock

I send my 2011 Sprite Swing caravan to be repaired after it had hail damage in October.After 2 months I received the caravan back because Midlands Campworld informed me that they were waiting for stock.Then on the 9th of January I send the caravan back because I was not happy with the workmanship.Its now the 18th of May and my caravan is still untouched because Mitch in the workshop informed me that he still waiting for the left hand panel and decals.Now this are bull because this is still a caravan that are still manufactured and Jurgens does not have parts...???Find it very hard to believe.If my caravan is not fixed by the end of May I will take this to the Consumer ombudsman.
