JUNXION PHARMACY SPRUITVIEW TERRIBLE SERVICE

Does not even deserve the one star I gave. I have been here twice and on both occasions I've received the most disgusting and totally revolting service from staff. The first time I arrived I was the only one in the store asked the lady at the front desk for an item,she then went to go get it, two other ladies came in the store and also asked for medication. I was then ignored and those ladies where given first priority, so I walked out of the store. The second time was 11 July 2019,walked in the store and was looking for medication for my son so I picked a bottle of flu pain off the shelf, was offered help from a gentlemen who was working on the floor which I told him I'm fine for now,kept browsing around and was greated by another very rude guy who is working behind the counter at the back of the store, and I told him I'm alright for now who made a sick joke saying the medication I had in my hand might be a laxative, which I told him I know what I have in my hand (which I took it as if he was assuming I'm stupid). I then asked him if he had allergix and alcophylex, which he said they do not sell fine I went to another shelf as I needed creche guard as well then saw the allergix and alcophylex on the opposite shelf. I then said I found the medication but was told by the same guy that they don't sell those as in like (get your hands off those items)..., so I was just irrate and left to go get medication from Clicks where they happily sold me everything. I was willing to spend R450 but I'm treated like a ***** and feel intimidated when I'm in the store. I don't know when our attitude towards each other as black people will change, we need to wake the f#ck up (excuse my foulness)and need to be more customer centric, that's why we getting replaced by machines! I will never go to Junxion Pharmacy ever again and will share my experience with others and not recommend this ***** pharmacy to anyone. Rather go to Clicks where you will receive professional and friendly service! May I also have the contact details for the Director of this store as I want to escalate this matter, maybe he needs to consider hiring new staff as the current employees there are ***********. With such service you are really throwing away money and potential buyers.
