we have frequented Juno's in Paarl on a number of occasions and the over a period of time the service levels have become very poor.<br> <br> Again two weeks ago we decided to give them \another chance"and sat down inside. We ordered two cappuccinos from a waitress whist deciding which meal we would have. After about 15 minutes I asked another server to please check on our coffees. Another 10 minutes went by and so we decided to call it a day. I asked for the owner who was there to let him know that he needs to pay attention to his service levels. He was in the kitchen at the time and we were asked if we could please wait and so we did"
