JUNKMAIL'S JUNK SERVICE

I am the founder of [URL Removed] an online store selling sporting equipment and action cameras. We are a fairly new business and like everyone who has been involved in a startup company we are trying everything to reach potential customers.

As we had previously advertised on gumtree with success we wanted to try out other avenues, junkmail being one of them. Before committing money to marketing we wanted to first get a taste of what junkmail could offer and if it would be effective. We placed a few adverts and waited. Some of the adverts were immediately deactivated and we had a look at the terms and conditions and indeed found that some of our ads had breached the policy on duplication. A slight oversight on our side we removed all adverts(3 in total) that were in breach of the T&C's.

To our dismay we found that our ads were still being deactivated. Immediately and e-mail was sent to which we received no response. In utter desperation for an answer we sent another e-mail and a tweet to hellopeter.com to which we immediately had a response. We however were sent an e-mail on the 5th Jan just fobbing us off. Still no resolution and only a phone call saying we're working on it
