Junkmail is **********

I was contacted by a Junkmail ads consultant (Laiza Maleka) over the phone on the 25th of November 2019. She offered to boost my ad, I told her that my line of Business (Business Finance Brokerage) goes against their ad policy.

She then assured me that if I did it through her and paid R1200 for a two week ad it will be approved. Before tI could commit I asked her to clarify what it is I'll be getting for the R1200. She said: 1. National Top Ad 2. A post from their main Facebook page which bosts (57000+ likes) 3. Mobile app exposure

I committed a few minutes later and sent Proof of payment. 1. National Top ad was loaded with a pecu**** description when one clicks on the image (eastern cape). 2. Facebook didn't happen until three days later after I nagged for the post. On Thursday last week the above mentioned consultant assured me that the post is up and she sent me a screenshot to prove this. Only to realize the following morning that the Facebook Page that it was posted on is a sub page with a couple of hundred likes and followers. If that's not *****, I don't know what is? The consultant deliberately tried to deceive me to cover her tracks. 3. Mobile app (I don't know what's happening there till today)

I emailed the consultant Laiza Maleka to request a refund as I do not want to deal with Junkmail anymore. She cc'd her manager (Edna de Soussa on Friday the 29th) till to date, the *********** Edna hasn't said a word.

Junkmail is growing desperate.
