Junk Mail unaccountable ******!

In my years of advertising with companies, I have never had such horrible customer service like I have recently experienced with Junkmail Media. I was convinced by one of their employees to do an sms program that cost R8000 and knowing the reviews on Junkmail I was very skeptical. But because I knew the employee, Ananda, I decided to give it a try. I called in recently to request my money back which I paid into Junkmail account on 27th December 2019, and a very unprofessional manager (Edna de Sousa) rudely rep**** with “we cannot give it back” with no proper explanation, after I asked so many what MY money was used for. I was told I’m paying for each individual sms to be sent out and productions costs. If that didn’t happen where is my money?? It’s been a week and still no explanation. I’m even in the process of getting legal advise etc and it is taking up my time!

Never again doing business with this horrible ********* company As soon as they have your money, their customer service ends there
