How can this be allowed

Firstly a handful of my ads were deactivated incorrectly and while trying to rectify this simple issue its take 6 months to get a decent respond, which still does not help , the representative that contacted me does not take the time to read any of the emails and does not fully understand the nature of the issue and claims that my adverts are in breach of their duplication rule which I have read and had checked by numerous outside sources all of whom agree that I am not in breach of, so after 6 months of trying to get a response the one I get is misinformed and incorrect.
