Help Please

I placed an Ad on Junk Mail 12th October 2015, Item was sold within 1 day - :-) But It is now almost a month later and I am still receiving responses to my ad as I can not remove it, I have tried \Contact Us"Junk mail and it keeps telling me that I am not a valid registered e-mail address.
