I recently purchased the CAN AM Electric Ride product from Junior Riders in Brisbane, and I am utterly disgusted with my experience. This ride-on car, advertised as a 24V, 800Watts 4WD vehicle, turned out to be a complete disappointment.

Within just a few months of use, in December 2023, the shaft holding the gears actually melted through its plastic housing, causing it to malfunction and creating a host of problems. Can you believe it? A brand new product failing like this!

What's even more infuriating is the complete lack of responsibility shown by Junior Riders in Brisbane. Despite paying a hefty $1000 for this so-called "licensed" Can Am RC Kids ride-on car, they are refusing to take any responsibility for the faulty product. This is outrageous and completely unacceptable!

To make matters worse, when we reached out to them for assistance, they had the audacity to tell us to replace the gearbox and motor of the rear left side. Why should I have to replace parts on a product that's clearly defective? It's absolutely unfair and unjust.

What's even more frustrating is that we have still not heard anything back from them. It's incredibly disheartening to be ignored after spending a significant amount of money on their product.

I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of Junior Riders in Brisbane and their unreliable products. Don't waste your hard-earned money on a company that fails to deliver on their promises, disregards their customers' concerns, and doesn't even have the decency to respond or take responsibility for their faulty products.
