Money making school accepts no accountability

You are actually doing yourself a favor by getting out soon. My daughter was there 2017 and I swear all they do is send invoices. Contacted me to work, and at the time I wasn't at my desk, they left a message with reception requesting I call the school urgently. In a panic I did so, only for them to tell me "you haven't paid this month's school fees". Obviously I thought something had happened to my daughter. Meanwhile I used the wrong reference n they couldn't make the link. But how is that urgent! They also insisted that I pay R130 for a concert ticket for my 2 yr old son. Not to mention that you couldn't even see the kids on the stage at the concert. They were also late with concert and made all the attendees stand outside the venue for an hour up until "they were ready" these included grandparents older than them, pregnant people, people with young toddlers n infants. I could write a book about them on my experience I had with the school this year. They after the concert sent home a letter thanking parents for the support, but context focuses more on how parents should act/be, part of which they mentioned in the letter "it's sad to see parents cannot dedicate 2.5 hrs of their time to their kids". They take no ownership!! "They always right" Every second month a teacher leaves, always seeing new faces when I collect my child from school. They on the fourth receptionist for the year. If u can't speak to the people who pays your income decently, I can only imagine how they treat employees. Needless to say i am taking my child out of the school after they also used the computer lab as storage room n did not give computer lessons as promised is part of the package of being a Junior College student. They now are refusing to give my child's report insisting I breached the contract and not them... once again, they take no ownership. Requesting I pay a cancellation fee for breach of contract before they release my child's report and transfer documents, knowing they not allowed to withhold report cards. Apparently one parent mentioned they told her "this is a business" and here we thought it's an educational institute!
