Highly disappointed

I paid full price for curtains and blinds to be installed at my home on the 02 August 2022 at Junglos paledi mall, They came and installed the curtains and I was told I will have to wait for 3 weeks for blinds, till today I'm still waiting for the blinds to be installed, I have being going to the store and calling your sales person everyday to ask when my blinds will be installed and every week I'm always given empty promises or told it's going to be on Monday or later, till today I'm still waiting, I'm disappointed in the service I'm getting especially since I don't owe you guys, there's no apology or any explanations of the delay, I'm always the one who has to call twice a day and and I'm given empty promises , please ensure you come and install my blinds by tomorrow otherwise pay my money back I will go somewhere else I'm so ****ed right now.
