Curtains from Hell

I bought two sets of curtains and rails from this company. I went to the shop in Tzaneen. Material was selected. I was told to pay a deposit for them to come and verify my measurements. I was told that the measurements differ and that there is a 25% increase in price. My measurements was accurate but they saw an opportunity to increase the cost to me. I was told that they have a none refund policy but I have not receive anything stating these terms. In the end I paid the additional fee as well. The curtains and rails was suppose to be installed on Friday 2/6/2023. My existing curtains and permits was remove and walls repainted.

On Thursday 16h00 1/6/2023 I receive a call from the shop saying they have send me a photo I need to change the finishing on the rail as they dont make it any more. I told them that none their alternative are with in my choice of colour. I am busy changing my whole house to the same rails and finishing. They **** to me as they did not have stock and it seems that they only realised this on the day before they had to be finish with my project.

I told them they had their deadline and need to be finish today. I was told it will take 10 days to receive the rail I selected. I told them that I have already took done my curtains to paint and to be ready for them this morning. So I am stuck and have now to wait 10 days for them to receive the rails and finished.

I ask them to return my money; they refuse, I can not even go to another supplier that can help me.
