Jungle Mania Structures let our creche down

We first contacted Jungle Mania Structures, based in Montegue Gardens Cape Town, in early October to move a 2 swing gym from 1 property to our creche 10km away. We received a quote, but told it would only happen around Halloween. Just before end October, I called and no one knew of my prior calls. Then the owner promised to personally make it happen, throwing in varnish/replacing rusty chains and bolts, and doing the job on 12th November finished. But on Friday the 12th November, the workers came and dumped the broken up gym in a dangerous heap and left for another job. Promising early Monday morning. After sending message this morning, I received a message lunch time saying 3 workers off sick. More delays, no mention what year we will get our gym installed finish. In the meantime, our small children at creche are patiently waiting and are kept away from getting injured. We cant wait indefinitely for a company that gives long excuses and the run around week after week. Is this how they treat all their customers? The least they could do is email or call but Ive had to run after them every week, and today they just forgot about our creche, I feel like contracting somone else to finish the job if they are not capable to do it. The least they can do is give us a fair answer and prioritise finishing what they promised to do. Its the end of the year at creche, and we need our jungle gym up asap. What must we do now?
