Most rude and arrogant service

<p>I contacted Amanda from Jungle kids for a quote for the supply and installation of a slide to my sons jungle gym. She insisted that full payment of R2000 must be paid upfront. I waited for more than 3 weeks and she did not contact me to give me any feedback. Eventually she called me and told me on a Friday afternoon that she is outside my Gate and if im not there she will not be comming back. I got the neighbour to open the gate for her and then she just left the slide on the floor and drove off. I called her back and she said that she didnt know she was supposed to install it. She then told me in a threatening tone that she will not do it at all, refused to answer my calls. Eventually she did come back and install it in a very untidy manner. She is not only rude and arrogant to clients ut also to her workers infront of clients. When I told her that I was very unhappy with her services she immaturely responded by saying "Shame" and then threateneed that she will charge me extra ! There are many other jungle gym companies out there that can be used. I would not recommend Jungle Kids at all. </p>
