SHOCKING SERVICE FROM JUNGLE JIM

<p>After MANY good years of service with the previous owners of JUNGLE JIM the Compnay was sold to the new owners. At first we received good service and having 3 schools in the South of Johannesburg, we soon realised that the service and products used by JUNGLE JIM is not up to standard.</p> <p>We et the maintenance team here on a regular basis to service and maintain our equipment as it is for the SAFETY of the children. Last service was done end of November 2016 and we closed a week later for the holiday. When one of our little ones sburnt his foot on a tyre where the metal was coming through (AFTER A MAJOR MAINTENANCE AND SERVICE) we were told not to make our problem theirs and they take NO responsibilty.</p> <p>DO NOT USE JUNGLE JIM AS THEIR PRODUCTS ARE INFERIOR (Cannot give us a docuement confirming the products used are SABS approved) AND THEIR MAINTENANCE NOT UP TO STANDARD.</p> <p>They do not take resposiblity for their poor workmanship ... especialy when it comes to the safety of children at pre-schools.</p> <p>We have supported the old and new owners for 20 years in total ... thus we believed in the previous owners good service and products ... needless to say Jungle Jim is NOT what we are used to :(</p> <p> </p>
