Bad service and verbal abuse

I went there on my way back to Jhb.Well it looked ok but what a shock i got.The barlady Janine so she introduced herself was so rude and verbally.We orderd food from their kitchen and what did i find to grrat shock in my food a cocroach.Aaaw it was horrible The barlady then came after i waited how long to get her attention because she was on her phone onece again and when she left after i complained i heard her shout in the kitchen"u ****** look what u have done"and another very bad swear word im not even going to mention.We got up and just left in digust Ill never sit foot there again.
