Empty Promises - Jungle Gym Review

So after a great review when taking out the jungle gym with Jungle Gym World - the service started going down hill. Upon the start, Jurgens was promising that for a service amount the jungle gym could be changed when we wanted it to. Since March, we have been trying to get hold of them to change it, as my toddler is no longer interested in the current one - which is now throwing money into the river. Then it was said when finally getting hold of them that, no it cannot be changed and that the tyres can be removed and the drum dropped but that is it.

Since the 25 April 2022, it has been confirmed that it would be changed / removed on the 3rd of May 2022. Trying to contact them telephonically (Which not only myself but my PA, who also tried contacting them) but no feedback. We now on the 7th of May 2022. Without any answer.

You can try contacting them via e-mail, whatsapp, sms & telephonically. Empty promises and being send from point A to point B.

I don’t mind paying, but paying for a service that was promised / and now being ignored is not worth it.

Would not recommend doing business with them as you will waste your breath, time & throw money into the river.
