Junglegym Joy/JungleGyms Joy

JunglGym Joy/JungleGyms Joy installed our jungle gym on 26 November. The sand pit was not included at the time. I enquired about including a cover for the sand pit and was told that it could be done. The normal price would be R750 less the cost of the sand pit that should have come standard with the jungle gym. I was also told that they would be back in our area the following week and would then install the sand pit with the lid. They have not installed and despite a promise on 12 December, I have heard nothing further from them.
