Horrible disgusting service from Zeone

We had booked with Zeone Burger from June&July to do our photography for our wedding in August 2017. We scheduled for our engagement shoot in June. She/someone sent an email 1.5hours before the scheduled engagement shoot saying Zeone had to cancel the shoot because she wasn't feeling well. That time, Zeone had scheduled the shoot in the Muldersdrift region which is really quite far for us and we had already made preparations to take a day off work (because she could not accommodate any engagement shoots during the weekend). We let it slide, and we scheduled our 2nd engagement shoot for early July. The 2nd shoot was also scheduled further out towards Lanseria. Miss Zeone thought it would be wise to then schedule my makeup session, in the East Rand (I think it was Benoni/Brakpan - one of those places), and she notified me the morning of the session. I stay north of Johannesburg - common sense tells you it is illogical to drive to the East Rand (about 50mins) just to do make up, then drive after that to Hertford for the engagement shoot, (again another 1hr or so of driving), then driving back home. When I expressed my concerns, given the fact that she gave me short notice and I had other things to do that day, she was completely inflexible. I was so upset I let my husband talk to her. She ended up shouting at us, literally yelling about the fact that we were concerned with these arrangements. We were happy to go for the shoot without the makeup, but she insisted saying "she had already made payment to the makeup artist". She then proceeded to cancel the engagement shoot, and promised a refund - which she never did... Needless to say, we never ended up using her for our actual wedding because of her absolutely horrible attitude even though we had paid R5000 deposit. We were understanding when she cancelled the first shoot, but she had no decency to extend the same courtesy when we expressed concern with these logistical nightmares she presented. Horrible attitude! Never EVER use her. I ended up finding a much better photographer with better prices. Prior to that, I already had the feeling she was shady because she was really bad at responding to emails. I also found out that she had changed her phone number, and she never bothered to let her clients know. Zeone was incredibly shocking, very poor regard for her customers and the fact that she never refunded us for anything even though she cancelled the shoot, says to me she is a ***********. Stay away from this woman! Shady AF.
