Terrible service and false advertising

I ordered some goods from Junction Hobbies in Pretoria which takes a long time to get delivered. After calling them a couple of times about the order, they keep saying they waiting for the money to reflect in their account. I did a instant EFT payment which is what it says INSTANT. After the long wait I decided to collect the parcel from them myself although I paid for courier. The seller is extreamly rude. Opening the box not everything was included that was stated in the advert. After calling them again about this, the seller told me to come collect my money and through the phone down. Do not do business with this people.
