We placed an order with Junction Blinds on May 14, 2023, and paid a significant amount of R12,600.00 for blinds for our apartment. It's now over a year later and we have yet to receive our blinds or a refund. Despite numerous attempts to communicate, all our efforts have been ignored and blocked.

Their lack of professionalism and unresponsiveness is appalling. We regret doing business with Junction Blinds and strongly advise others to avoid them at all costs.
