My Goodness.... Health & Safety Consultant or Insutant?

<p>Junanna Labuschagne is a 24hr Health &amp; Safety consultant. &nbsp;Missed her scheduled meeting with our office on 23 Jan 2017. &nbsp;When phoned to enquire why she never bothered to attend/cancel/inform the office, we were told we didn't have an appointment with her. &nbsp;We insisted we did. &nbsp;Then she found it in her diary. &nbsp;Then told us that we were supposed to send her an email to confirm. &nbsp;I told her we did... She denied it. &nbsp;I found it had been sent on Jan 17th 2017. &nbsp;Then has the audacity to say that did we check if she had read it? &nbsp;Like it's our fault?&nbsp;</p> <p>Lady who is the client and who is the service provider?? &nbsp;As a Health &amp; Safety consultant we expect a far more professional approach, less rudeness, and finally.... when you put the phone down in my PA's ear and then tell us you dropped the phone.... no. &nbsp;Not true. &nbsp;You actually dropped the whole ball. &nbsp;We will never use you again.&nbsp;</p> <p>No one should.</p>
